UV Inspection Lamps & Torches for Non-Destructive Testing

UV Inspection Lights are used in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for fluorescing fluorescent magnetic inks and fluorescent dye penetrants. UV light or black light with a peak wavelength of 365nm creates the optimal viewing conditions.

XEPU manufacture a range of mains and battery powered, handheld 365nm UV lamps and torches for NDT applications. This includes portable UV LED lights and Stationery UV LED Lights which are suitable for ISO 9934-3:2015 and ISO 3452-4:2013 applications.

Small, light and powerful, XEPU-1530B Series and XEPU-1530 Series High-Intensity UV-A Flashlight are a convenient tool for quick inspections. XEPU-1530 Series is in compliance with all major non-destructive testing standards such as ASTM E3022-18. Select models are also in compliance with PRIMES, such as Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and AITM6-1001. XEPU-1530 Series is suitable for applications such as leak detection, clean room.

Small enough to fit comfortable inside any palm or pocket the XEPU-1530 is ideal for inspections where space is limited. The XEPU-1530 uses a purpose designed optical prism to diffuse the UV light produced by the LED emitter to give a relatively wide and uniform beam spread for a product of this type. The XEPU-1530 is supplied in a plastic carry case with foam inserts with 2 rechargeable Lithium ion batteries, battery charger and UV safety spectacles.

XEPU-1601 Series UV LED headlight is a compact and adjustable headlight that frees your hands during inspections. It is an extremely durable industrial design. XEPU-1601 Series is in compliance with all major non-destructive testing standards such as ASTM E3022-18 and ISO 3059-12. Select models are also in compliance with PRIMES, such as Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 and AITM6-1001.
